基于ZigBee的高压开关柜温度检测报警系统设计

摘要 高压开关柜内器件老化或所选器件的电阻过大,容易使设备运行时开关柜内温度过高。为了避免由于柜内温度太高而导致火灾发生,提出了一种通过ZigBee和RS485总线进行相关数据传输的检测报警系统。传感器将采集到的温度信号通过ZigBee网络传送至分站,分站对接收的温度信号进行处理后,通过RS-485总线将信号传输到主站。主站采用工控机对各个分站传送来的温度信号进行分析和处理,发现温度异常后立即报警。结果表明,该系统温度检测灵敏,信息传输速率高,抗干扰性强,运行安全可靠。 High-voltage switchgear device aging or the resistance of the selected device is too easy to make the equipment running when the switch cabinet temperature is too high. In order to avoid the fire caused by the high temperature inside the cabinet, a temperature detection and alarm system based on ZigBee network and RS-485 bus is proposed. The sensor sends the collected temperature signal to the substation via the ZigBee network, Sub-station to receive the temperature signal processing through the RS-485 bus to the signal transmission to the main station. The main station using industrial computer, the sub-station to send the temperature signal analysis and processing, found that the temperature immediately after the alarm. The results show that the system temperature detection is sensitive, the information transmission rate is high, the anti - interference is strong, the system is safe and reliable.
