大腹木棉树干瘤刺的初步研究

在大腹木棉树干瘤刺方面的研究尚未见报,为了更好的了解大腹木棉瘤刺的生长规律,将64株大腹木棉分成4组,每组16株。第一组为树干光滑无刺的幼苗,生长期间不进行人工去刺;第二组为茎干有刺的幼苗,栽植第一年进行多次去刺,第二、第三年不去刺;第三组为茎干有刺的幼苗,栽植第一年不去刺,第二年多次人工去刺,第三年不去刺;第四组为茎干有刺的幼苗,生长期间不进行去刺。试验结果表明:前期选择茎干相对光滑无刺的幼苗,成年后大腹木棉树干也相对光滑无刺;茎干的皮刺大小会随着胸径的增加而不断长大;人工去刺越早刺痕越小。

Experimental results show： Ceiba insignis＇ trunks were relatively smooth in adult when seedlings＇ stems were relatively smooth in prophase; The size of thorns will continue to grow with the DBH increasing; Earlier removing the thorns smaller puneture.
