摘要
论文通过分析现有绩效管理模式下人力资源的特性,借鉴"滴滴打车"思维,突破传统"四定"模式,通过创建工作积分机制,鼓励员工个人抢单、共同抢单,以单项工作为载体跨地区、跨部门、跨专业"临时流动"工作,创建"事在人聚、事完人散"的动态作战小单元,丰富企业组织构架,激发人的内生活力,推进人力资源有效共享,以最大限度地实现员工个人价值和企业经济利益作为重点进行探索研究。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the existing human resources performance management mode, drawing lessons from the "DiDi Taxi", breaks the traditional "Four Fixed" mode, by constructing the work integral mechanism, encourages employees to grab the business and grab business together, taking the single task as the carrier, to work temporality and mobility crossing the regions, departments and majors, to create the dynamic combat unit of "people in or out with the businesses", and to enrich the organizational structure of enterprise, stimulate endogenous vitality, promote human resources sharing, to maximize the value o f individual employees and the enterprise economic benefits as the focus ofreseareh.
