随着我国市场经济体制的不断完善,企业所面临的市场竞争日益激烈,会计工作已经成为企业经营管理的中心环节。如何把预算管理、成本管理、资金管理、会计核算等关键环节抓细做实,实现精细化财务管理与精益生产有机结合,是我们当前迫切需要解决的问题。论文主要是从分析精细化财务管理的作用、精细化财务管理的特征,进而就如何实现精细化财务管理进行了简要阐述。

With the continuous improvement of China＇s market economic system, the market competition faced by enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Accounting work has become the central link of enterprise management. How to do a good job of budget management, cost management, capital management, accounting and other key links, and achieve organic combination of fine financial management and lean production, is the urgent problem we need to solve. The paper mainly analyzes the function and characteristics of fine financial management, and then briefly expounds how to realize fine financial management.
