关于财政资金绩效管理问题研究

Research on the Performance Management of Financial Funds

笔者结合多年的工作经验对当前我国财政资金绩效管理中存在的问题展开论述,并从财政资金绩效评价管理体系建设、管理机制建设以及财政资金预算管理等多个方面提出相应的解决策略,以期进一步推动我国财政资金绩效管理的发展,以供参考。

Combining with many years experience, paper discusses the current problems in the performance management of fiscal funds, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of the construction of financial fund performance appraisal management system, the construction of management system, and the buget management of financial funds, so as to furthcrpromote the development of China＇s financial funds performancc management, for reference.
