浅谈基层卫生院公共卫生服务工作人员思想政治教育

A Brief Discussion on the Ideology and Political Education of Public Health Service Staff in Grass-Roots Healthcare Centers

随着国民经济的增长,国家的综合实力不断增强,国民的生活水平不断提高,对于卫生院公共卫生服务的要求也不断提升。因此,基层卫生院需要加强对工作人员的管理,提高其综合素质,从而提升整体服务水平。基于此,论文对基层卫生院公共卫生服务进行介绍,在此基础上,论述了基层卫生院公共卫生服务工作人员思想政治教育的现状,并针对现状提出加强其思想政治教育的策略。

With the growth of the national economy, the comprehensive strength of the country is constantly increasing, and the living standards of the people are constantly improving. The requirements for the public health serviee in the public health centers are also rising. Therefore, grass-roots health centers need to strengthen the management of staff, improve their overall quality, so as to enhance the overall level of service. Based on this, the paper introduced the public health service in township hospital, on the basis of this, discusses the current situation of the ideological and political education for primary health workers in institute of public health service, and puts forward the methods of ideological and political education in view of the present situation.
