摘要 食品作为人们生活中必须的一项物品,在人们的生活中占据着重要的地位。食品安全关系着人们的生命安全。因此,在食品安全的管理上不能忽视对食品的检验工作,在食品检验过程中会根据食品的种类应用专门的食品检验方法。在检验结束后,要及时出具食品检验报告,这样才能准确判定被检食品合格与否以及存在的风险隐患。食品检验报告是食品检验的最终结果体现,是食品安全监管工作中的客观凭证。论文针对食品检验报告的主要内容以及在食品检验报告出具过程中经常出现的问题进行了分析研究,并且在研究过程中针对提升食品检验报告的正确性与规范性等方面的改进措施进行了分析,希望能够帮助相关机构正确出具食品检验报告。 As an essential item in people's life, food plays an important role in people's life.Food security relates to people's safety.Food safety concerns people's life safety. Therefore, in the management of food safety, food inspection should not be neglected. In the process of food inspection, special food inspection methods will be applied according to the type of food. After inspection, the food inspection report should be issued in time, so as to determine the qualified and risk of the food. Food inspection report is the final result of food inspection, and is an objective document in food safety supervision. In this paper, the main contents of the food inspection report and the problems which occur frequently in the process of the issuance of food inspection reports are analyzed. And in the process of research, the measures of improving the validity and staJadarbility of food inspection report are analyzed, it is hoped that it can help the relevant departments to issue the food inspection report correctly.
