Design of Large Data Platform for Social Comprehensive Governance Based on Urban Video Big Data

为贯彻落实《国务院关于印发促进大数据发展行动纲要的通知》(国发[2015]50号),推动大数据健康发展和广泛应用,以城市的视频监控数据源为抓手,推动视频数据资源的整合汇聚,通过视频大数据的前沿技术解决城市维稳、社会治理、交通等社会管理难题,提升政府治理能力,改善社会公共服务,加快新型业态培育,注入经济发展新活力。

To implement the＂Notice ofthe State Council on the Issuance ofthe Outline ofthe Development of Big Data Action＂ （State Notice 2015 No.50）, to promote the healthy development of big data and wide application in video surveillance data source of the city as the starting point, to promote the integration of video data resources together, solve the city stability, social governance, social traffic etc. management problems through cutting-edge technology of video data, to enhance the governance capacity, improve public services, accelerate the cultivation of new formats, to inject new vitality into the economic development.
