摘要
针对当前师范生就业形势严峻问题,本文以宁德师范学院为例,分析了地方高校师范生存在基本工作能力不足、师范技能不扎实、职业发展能力欠缺等就业核心竞争力不足的表现,并从科学制定师范生人才培养方案、完善师范生技能培养、增强师范生创新创业能力、加强师范生就业分类指导等方面分析如何提升师范生就业核心竞争力。
Aiming at the serious problems of current college students" employment situation and taking a case study of Ningde Normal University, this paper makes an analysis of the insufficient manifestations of the core competitiveness of the normal students at local normal universities-the insufficient basic work ability, unskillful teachers" competence, and deficient professional development ability; and further the paper puts forwards the following suggestions to enhance the core competitive- ness of normal university students" employment in terms of scientifically establishing normal students" talent-training programs, improving students" skills in normal training, enhancing normal students" ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, and strengthening college students" employment guidance.
