低纬地区L波段电离层闪烁预报方法 被引量:1

A prediction method of L-band ionospheric scintillations in low latitude regions

摘要 为了实现对低纬地区L波段电离层闪烁的预报,根据低纬地区L波段电离层闪烁产生的物理机制,提出利用在磁赤道电离层F层观测到的等离子体不规则结构预报低纬地区L波段电离层闪烁发生的方法。利用2011年10月C/NOFS卫星观测数据以及三亚(地理坐标:18.3°N,109.6°E;地磁纬度:8.27°N)、深圳(地理坐标:22.59°N,113.97°E;地磁纬度:12.59°N)和桂林(地理坐标:25.29°N,110.33°E;地磁纬度:15.23°N)的L波段电离层闪烁观测数据研究该方法的可行性。结果表明,该方法预报较低纬度地区(即三亚和深圳)发生L波段电离层闪烁的准确率较高,但预报赤道异常峰区附近地区(即桂林)发生L波段电离层闪烁的准确率较低。 In order to achieve the prediction of L-band ionospheric scintillations and according to the physical mechanism of Lband ionospheric scintillations generation in low latitude regions,the method is proposed to predict the occurrence of L-band ionospheric scintillations in low latitude regions according to the fact that the plasma irregularities detects in ionospheric F layer over the magnetic equator.In order to investigate the feasibility of the method,C/NOFS satellite observations and Lband ionospheric scintillations data recorded at Sanya(geographic coordinates:18.3°N,109.6°E;geomagnetic latitude:8.27°N),Shenzhen(geographic coordinates:22.59°N,113.97°E;geomagnetic latitude:12.59°N)and Guilin(geographic coordinates:25.29°N,110.33°E;geomagnetic latitude:15.23°N)in October 2011 have been analyzed.The results show that this prediction method has a high accuracy in predicting L-band ionospheric scintillations in lower latitude regions(namely,Sanya and Shenzhen),but it has a low accuracy in forecasting L-band ionospheric scintillations at the region near the crest of equatorial anomaly(i.e.,Guilin).
