摘要
为研究复方中草药提取物对广西麻鸡后备母鸡生产性能的影响,试验随机选取90日龄散养广西麻鸡6 000只为试验动物进行笼养,并且进行为期30 d的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组3个重复组,每个重复组1 000只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加中草药提取物300 mg·kg^(-1)。结果表明,试验组在啄癖、呆板症、应激强迫症这3个笼养综合征的表现明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,中草药提取物能显著降低广西麻鸡的笼养综合征。
The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of compound Chinese herb extracts on captivity syndrome of Guangxi partridge chicken and 6 000 Guangxi partridge hen chickens which were 90 days were randomly divided into 2 groups, 3 replicates in each group, 1 000 in each replicate group. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets supplemented with 300 mg. kg-1 compound Chinese herb extracts for 30 days. The results showed that test group was significant lower than the control group in the three syndromes of pecking, dull disorder and stress （P〈0.05）.
