摘要 输电断面作为表征电网运行状况的重要特征之一,对系统的安全稳定运行具有直接影响。提出一种基于社团发现理论的关键输电断面识别方法,通过社团发现理论中的GN分裂算法对电网进行深度分区,并将潮流介数指标用于辨识系统关键线路作为区域间联络线,该指标考虑了输电线路中功率传输的方向,并量化输电线路在电网功率传输中的重要程度,克服了网络拓扑介数仅考虑功率按最短路径传输的不足和传统分区方法的区内脆弱线路漏选问题,更契合电网潮流分布的特点。最后,通过安全裕度指标来辨识电网关键断面,突出网络的薄弱环节。IEEE39系统算例仿真结果证明了本文方法的有效性与合理性。 Transmission section which can represent the operation of power grid operation has direct effect upon the safety and stability of whole system. A method of identifying the critical transmission section is put forward based on community detection theory to make deep division of power grid by GN splitting algorithm, and the power flow betweenness index is used to identify the system key lines as inter regional tie line. This index not only considers the direction of power transmission, but also quantifies the importance of transmission lines in power transmission, overcomes the deficiency that the network topology betweenness only considers the shortest transmission path and missed selection of weak line by traditional area division method. It is more in line with the characteristics of power flow distribution. Finally, the security margin is used to identify the key sections of the grid, highlight the weak link of the network. The effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method is proved by IEEE39 system.
