为适应全域旅游背景下产业与市场发展需求,晋城市旅游职业教育发展急需创新与改革。在优化供给侧结构、培养适应市场需求的旅游专业人才和跨行业"泛旅游"复合型人才的基础上,还需积极引导居民参与全域旅游建设,提升全民旅游素养。同时,应借力旅游职业教育集团,推动"政、行、企、校"四方联动,共同为晋城市旅游产业带动"全产业"发展提供人才支撑。

In order to adapt to the development demand of industry and market under the background of the whole region tourism,the development of the tourism professional education in Jincheng city is in the urgent need of innovation and reform.On the basis of optimizing the supply sidestructure and cultivatingthe specialists who canmeet the market demand of tourism and the cross-industry＂extensive tourism＂interdisciplinary talents,it is also necessary to actively guide the residents to participate in the global tourism construction and improve the residents’tourism quality.At the same time,tourism professional education group should be used to promote the＂government,industry,enterprise and school＂to promote the＂all-industry＂development of the tourism industry in Jincheng.
