The factors influcening driving experiences include not only the steering wheel, but also the steering column topping switch module that connecting the wheel and control unit.Valeo, a Franch automotive supplier, had developed a grand new module of column topping switch, which outer case and rod were manufactured by adopting BASF engineering plastics Ultramid~ (Polyamide(PA)) and Ultradur~(Polybutylene terephthalate(PBT).As compared with previous products, the mass is reduced for 20%, and it has excellent merites of outstanding surface quality, anti-ultraviolet and physical property. The module has been used in the BMW Group for rear-wheel drive car models from series 3 to series 7.
