摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验,对解淀粉芽孢杆菌菌株XZ-1的发酵培养基成分和发酵条件进行了优化。结果表明:XZ-1的发酵培养基的最佳碳源、氮源和无机盐分别为糊精、蛋白胨和氯化钾;其培养基最佳组分为糊精10 g/L,蔗糖5 g/L,蛋白胨10 g/L,氯化钠7 g/L;最佳发酵培养条件为培养基初始p H值6,发酵温度27℃,发酵时间36 h,装液量100 m L/250 m L,接种量3%,转速150 r/min。
The fermentation medium components and fermentation conditions for Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain XZ-1 were optimized through single-factor test and orthogonal test. The results illustrated that the optimal carbon source,nitrogen source and inorganic salt in fermentation medium for XZ-1 were dextrin,peptone and potassium chloride,respectively. The best medium components included dextrin 10 g/L,sucrose 5 g/L,peptone 10 g/L and sodium chloride 7 g/L. The optimized fermentation conditions were initial p H-value 6 for medium,fermentation temperature 27 ℃,fermentation time 36 h,liquid medium volume 100 m L/250 m L,inoculum size 3%,and rotate speed 150 r/min.
