甲状腺癌围术期患者信息需求水平及影响因素分析

Analysis of the information requirement level and influencing factors in thyroid cancer patients during the perioperative period

目的 调查甲状腺癌围术期患者信息需求水平,探讨其相关影响因素.方法 采用方便抽样,选择2015年6月—2016年6月入哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院行甲状腺癌治疗的围术期患者94例,采用一般资料及临床资料调查表、Mishel疾病不确定感量表及癌症患者信息选择问卷对患者进行调查.结果 甲状腺癌围术期患者信息需求总分为（43.05±4.52）分,处于较高水平.多元回归分析显示,患者文化程度、疾病不确定感及性别是甲状腺癌患者信息需求水平的主要影响因素（P〈0.05）.结论 甲状腺癌围术期患者信息需求水平较高,临床中应根据患者不同文化程度、疾病不确定感水平以及性别给予针对性的信息支持.

Objective To investigate the information requirement level of thyroid cancer patients during the perioperative period, and to explore the relevant influencing factors.Methods A total of 94 thyroid cancer patients during perioperative period who were treated from June 2015 to June 2016 in our department were recruited in the study using convenience sampling. The patients were investigated using the general data and clinical data questionnaire, Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale （MUIS） and Information Preference Questionnaire for Cancer Patients.Results The total score of information requirement in patients with thyroid cancer during perioperative period was （43.05±4.52）, which was at a high level. Multiple regression analysis showed that the education level, disease uncertainty and gender were the main influencing factors of information requirement level in the patients with thyroid cancer（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The information requirement level in the patients with thyroid cancer during perioperative period was relatively high. Targeted information support should be given to the patients based on their different educational levels, disease uncertainty levels and genders in the clinic.
