Research progress in the correlation of atrial fibrillation and spiritual mental state

心房纤颤是最常见的心律失常之一.根据国外目前的研究来看,心房纤颤患者焦虑、抑郁明显高于普通人群.心房纤颤与焦虑、抑郁的发生密切相关：一方面,心房纤颤患者容易并发各种精神心理问题,以焦虑、抑郁为主;另一方面,焦虑、抑郁是影响心房纤颤症状严重程度、生活质量及预后的重要因素.

Atrial fibrillation was one of the most common arrhythmia. According to current research abroad, the incidence of anxiety and depression in atrial fibrillation patients was higher than that in general populations. Atrial fibrillation had a strong correlation with anxiety and depression. On the one hand, patients with atrial fibrillation were easily complicated with a great variety of mental-psychologic problems dominated by anxiety and depression. On the other hand, anxiety and depression were important influencing factors of severity of atrial fibrillation symptom, quality of life and prognosis.
