Study on Extraction of Gardenoside from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis by Cholinium Histidinate Ionic Liquid Aqueous Solution

摘要 研究了胆碱-组氨酸(Ch OH-His)离子液体水溶液提取栀子苷的方法。通过单因素实验和正交实验优化了胆碱-组氨酸(Ch OH-His)离子液体水溶液提取栀子粉中栀子苷的条件。结果表明,在胆碱-组氨酸(Ch OH-His)离子液体水溶液浓度为1.5%、料液比为1∶20 g/m L、提取温度为120℃、提取时间为1.5 h的条件下,栀子苷的收率达到19.53%,比50%乙醇提取的收率(14.54%)高出34.3%。 A method for extracting geniposide from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis by aqueous solution of choline- based ionic liquid was studied. The conditions of extracting geniposide were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimal conditions were as follows : 1.5% cholinium histidinate ( ChOH- His) aqueous solution, solid-liquid ratio of 1:20, oil-bath temperature of 120 %, extraction time of 1.5 h. Under the conditions, the extracting yield of geniposide reached 19.53%, which was 34.3% higher than that extractd by 50% ethanol ( 14.54% ).
