摘要
将近红外光谱分析仪安装在生产烟丝传送带上,定时采集光谱。同时,通过连续流动分析仪和离子色谱仪对烟丝的总糖、还原糖、总植物碱、钾、总氮、氯、硫酸盐、硝酸盐等指标进行检测,建立了近红外模型并对模型成功的进行了外部验证。实验结果表明此法可以快速、准确地预测生产线上烟丝的这些常规化学成分含量,实现快速检测和在线监控。
Near-infrared spectroscopy was installed on the production of tobacco conveyor belt, and the spectrum was collected regularly. At the same time, the continuous flow analyzer and ion chromatograph were used to measure the total sugar, reducing sugar, total nicotine, potassium, total nitrogen, chlorine, sulfate and nitrate. The near infrared model was established and the model had external validation successfully. The experimental results showed that this method can quickly and accurately predict the content of these conventional chemical components in the production line, so as to achieve rapid detection and on-line monitoring.
