摘要 研究采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钒钛铁精矿中铝、钙、磷和硅的含量,以无水碳酸钠和四硼酸钠(2∶1)混合熔剂溶解样品,效果良好。所选分析谱线分别为Al 308.215 nm、Ca 315.887 nm、P 178.284 nm、Si251.611 nm,方法检出限在0.009~0.081 mg·L^(-1)之间,相对标准偏差(n=8)小于5%,加标回收率为95.0%~105.0%。该方法分解样品彻底完全,操作简便,适用于大批量样品分析。 Abstract: Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to determine the content of aluminium, calcium, phosphorus and silicon in vanadium-titanium-iron concentrates. The sample was dissolved with anhydrous sodium carbonate and four sodium borate (2 : 1 ) as mixed flux, and the effect was good. The selected analytical lines were A1 308. 215 nm, Ca 315. 887 nm, P 178. 284 nm, Si 251. 611 nm, and the detection limits were found in the range of 0. 009 - 0. 081 mg·L^-1. The relative standard deviation ( n = 8 ) was less than 5%, and the recoveries were between 95.0% and 105.0%. The method is simple and convenient for sample decomposition. It is suitable for analysis of large quantities of samples.
