EPVC糊树脂的标准糊黏度对EPVC质量特性来说是很重要的一个参数,它的大小及准确性严重影响到下游使用厂家增塑剂的加入量,因增塑剂的价格很高,严重影响使用厂家的经济成本,因此必须严格控制标准糊黏度。通过实验,在使用Brookfirld黏度计时,在RV量程内,按行星混合器中的配比、转速、混合时间制糊,在符合条件的状态下于(23±1)℃恒温2 h,确定仪器水平,用6#转子在20 r/min下读取90 s时仪器实时数据作为标准糊黏度的结果,是比较稳定且准确的。

EPVC paste resin standard paste viscosity is a very important parameter for EPVC quality features, its size and accuracy have serious influence to the amount of plasticizer for the downstream manufacturers, because the price of the plasticizer is very high, has serious influence to the economic costs of manufacturer, so the standard paste viscosity must be strictly controlled. Through the experiment, in the use of Brookfirld viscosity, in the RV range, paste making through the ratio of planetary mixer, speed and mixing time, in line with the conditions of the state in （23 ± 1 ） ℃ in constant temperature of 2 h, the instrument level was determined, the real time data by reading 90 s in 20 r/min using 6# rotor was used as the standard paste viscosity, analysis results showed stable and accurate.
