中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司碳五分离装置历经四次萃取系统的检修,我们从装置运行的工艺特点、检修过程的方案制定、进度计划、施工安全、质量验收等方面进行分析,对装置如何调整运行、检修计划的提报、检修安全管理、检修进度控制、质量控制等方面进行了优化,对作业种类开展危害识别、风险评价,落实直接作业环节的有效防范措施,以全面提升检修管理水平。

Carbon five separation unit of Sinopec-SK（wuhan） Petrochemical Company Limted had undergone four extraction system maintenance. The process characteristics, plan formulation, progress plan, construction safety, quality acceptance and other aspects of the operation of the device were analyzed, how did the device adjust the operation, overhaul the plan, overhaul the safety management, maintenance schedule control, quality control and other aspects were optimized, hazard identification and risk assessment, effective preventive measures of direct operation were carried out, to comprehensively improve the maintenance management level .
