浅谈泵的布置及管道设计

Discussion on Pump Layout and Piping Design

泵属于转动设备,型式多种多样,在石化炼厂里扮演重要角色。泵的平面布置及其管道走向是否合理直接关系到泵能否安全平稳运转以及减少压降,从而影响装置的投产、运行和经济效益。本文主要根据泵的相关设计规范,结合自己的设计体会简述泵的布置、管道设计、管应力及支吊架设置。希望此文能给其他管道设计人员提供借鉴参考。

The pump belongs to rotating equipment, which has various types and plays an important role in the refinery. The layout of the pump and the direction of the pipeline are directly related to whether the pump can operate safely and smoothly and reduce the pressure drop, thus affecting the production, operation and economic benefit of the device. Based on the design specification of pump, the design of pump, pipeline design, pipe stress and support setting were introduced, in order to provide reference for other piping designers.
