摘要
针对HPF湿式氧化法脱硫工艺原理及特点进行了分析,阐述了影响脱硫效率的主要因素,剖析了现有HPF湿式氧化法脱硫工艺及其存在的问题,借鉴煤炭气化空喷预脱硫的经验与做法,提出了增加预脱硫工艺与新增自身氨水为碱源相结合的改造方案并实施,解决了预冷塔循环喷洒液冷等问题,降低了脱硫温度,增加液气比,煤气中硫化氢的含量降至30~50 mg/m3以下,满足了生产的需要和环保要求。
The principle and characteristics of HPF wet oxidation desulfurization process were analyzed. The main factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency, analysis of the existing HPF wet oxidation desulfurization process and its problems were discussed, from the air spray pre desulfurization experience and practice of coal gasification. The revamping scheme of adding pre desulfurization process and adding new ammonia water as base source was put forward and implemented, to solve the pre cooling tower circulating spray cooling, etc, reduce the desulfurization temperature and increase the liquid gas ratio. The content of hydrogen sulfide in the gas falls was below 30 - 50 mg/m^3 , to meet the needs of production and environmental protection requirements.
