摘要
柴油加氢是石油化工中重要的二次加工生产过程,大多数柴油加氢装置通过技术改造均可以生产低凝点柴油,为了达到柴油加氢装置生产-20#低凝柴油的工艺要求,利用PROⅡ软件对柴油加氢装置的分馏塔生产低凝柴油的工况进行了模拟优化,通过模拟值和装置数据的对比,验证了模型的准确性。采用了调整分馏塔回流比、降低进料干点和降低柴油初馏点等方法,可使柴油加氢装置满足生产-20#低凝柴油的要求,从而增加了装置的经济效益。
Diesel hydrogenation is an important two times production process in petrochemical industry, most of the diesel hydrogenation units can produce low freezing point diesel through technical transformation, in order to achieve the production process requirements of -20# low freezing point diesel produced by diesel oil hydrogenation unit, the low freezing diesel production in diesel hydrogenation unit fractionator were simulated and optimized by using PROII software, through comparing the simulation value and device data, the accuracy of the model was verified. By adjusting reflux ratio of fractionator, reducing feed point and reducing initial boiling point of diesel oil, the diesel hydrogenation unit can meet the requirement of producing -20# low freezing point diesel, increase the economic benefit of the device.
