以真空相变热水机为热源的前处理加热系统改造

摘要 针对某前处理电泳线高能耗与加热效果不良的现状,论证了改造现有蒸气加热方式以满足生产线加热需求,同时大幅度降低能耗,节约了生产成本。进行了方案可行性分析并介绍了真空相变热水机为热源进行加热的原理以及项目改造的过程。 In view of the high energy consumption and poor heating effect of a pretreatment electrophoresis line, the existing steam heating methods are reformed to meet the heating demand of the heating line. Meanwhile, the energy consumption is reduced greatly, and the production cost is saved. The feasibility of the scheme is analyzed, and the principle of heating the vacuum phase-change water heater as heat source and the process of the project modification are introduced.
