考虑碳硫成本的集装箱海运中转港选择模型 被引量:1

Port Selection Model for Container Shipping Transit Considering the Cost of Carbon and Sulfur Emission

摘要 近年来,海运中二氧化碳与二氧化硫的排放引起了各方的重视,国际海事组织与欧盟等国开始引入措施来控制海运中二氧化碳与二氧化硫的排放,因此,将低碳和低硫理念引入集装箱海运规划问题上具有很大现实意义.在考虑碳硫成本的情况下,基于船公司成本最低,建立了考虑碳硫成本的集装箱海运中转港选择模型.在此基础上,通过算例分析研究了出口箱量如何在中转港间进行分配才能使航运公司担负的总成本最低,为公司选择出口中转港做出正确的决策. In recent years, the emissions of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide in shipping has attracted the attention of all aspects. The IMO and the EU and other countries began to take measures to control the emissions of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide in shipping. So the introduction of the concept of low carbon and low sulfur in container shipping management is of great practical significance. Therefore, in the case of considering the cost of carbon and sulfur, a new model of selecting container shipping transit port is established based on the lowest cost of shipping companies. On this basis, through the example analysis, it studied how to distribute the export volume in the transit ports to make the total cost of the shipping company lowest. And it makes a right decision for shipping company to choose the transit port.
