摘要
正确的充电方式对于电动车来说是必不可少的,方便的充电方式是推广电动车的必要条件。从充电桩的控制系统、数据管理、电气设计、远程监控等环节开展研究,采用单片机作为下位机控制和采集数据,使用LabVIEW作为上位机通过与单片机通信实现数据交互,建立上位机组态监控和下位机数据采集相互结合,利用RFID技术读取用户IC卡数据实现智能充电管理,并将用户信息和消费情况写入数据库,充电桩采用智能控制,有效控制充电的电流及充电时间,主监控站可实时远程监控和控制,实现对用户数据的实时管理,充电桩可以为小区、学校、公共场所等提供充电服务,对普及电动汽车、安全电动助力车非常有帮助。
It's integral to electromobile to have a right way of charging, which makes convenient charging ways became the necessary condition marketing electromobile. This paper carried out research on charging pile's control system, data management, electrical design, remote monitoring and so on. Using microcontroller for its' lower computer for data acquisition, achieving data interaction by communication with upper computer programed by LabVIEW, combine upper computer's configuration monitoring and lower computer's data collection, using RFID to read users" IC card data for intelligence charging management and write user information to database in the meantime. The charging pile can control charging current and time effectively, the main monitoring station can remote monitor and control in real-time, which can real-time manage users' data, it provide charging service for residential areas, schools, public places and so on, which is useful for spread electromobile.
