目前,检查罐道与罐耳的方法一直沿用传统的人工测量法,由于受井筒内特殊的工作环境、测量水平、检修时间等诸多因素的影响,测量得出的结果也因人而异,同时,人工检测的劳动强度大、检测用时长、检测工作的危险性高,已严重制约了立井罐笼提升的安全,因此,研究并使用一套精密、便携的罐耳与罐道间隙自动检测装置来替代人工检测已成为近年来立井提升的一个急需解决的问题。
