促进医学生向社会办医疗机构流动的对策研究

Research on the countermeasures of promoting medical undergraduates flowing to private medical institutes

目的:调查医药卫生专业本科毕业生到社会办医疗机构就业的意愿和相关影响因素,探讨促进医学生向社会办医疗机构流动的对策。方法:从济南市2所大学随机选取医药专业本科毕业生108人作为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果:表示非常愿意到社会办医疗机构就业的被调查者比例仅为20.37%;影响医学生到社会办医疗机构就业的因素主要集中在待遇和个人发展方面。结论:真正愿意到社会办医疗机构就业的医学生比例比较低,提升社会办医水平、加强学科建设、顺畅用人机制、提高待遇水平,将大大提高医学生进入社会办医疗机构就业的积极性。

Objectives： To survey the willing and factors influencing medical undergraduates selecting private medical institutes and to find countermeasures of promoting medical undergraduates selecting private medical institutes. Methods：108 medical undergraduates from 2 universities in Jinan were randomly selected to have a questionnaire. Results： Only 20.37% of the surveyed were willing to work in private hospitals. The key impact factors were focused on compensation and the opportunities of personal development. Conclusion： The proportion of medical undergraduates willing to work in private medical institutes was relatively low. It shows that improving private medical institutes＇ capacity, strengthening discipline constructions, smoothing employment mechanisms and providing better compensation conditions can help improving the willing of medical undergraduates selecting private medical institutes.
