摘要
目的分析中医脑病科标准化病人(SP)临床教学模式的优越性。方法制定脑病科常见的优势病种中风、颤病、眩晕SP临床教学模式,选择中医专业脑病科研究方向的临床实习生180例为研究对象,随机分为对照组60例、研究A组60例及研究B组60例,对照组采用传统的教学模式,研究A组采用学生SP教学模式,研究B组采用真实病人SP教学模式,比较教育后学生考核成绩及教学过程信息反馈性评价。结果与对照组比较,研究组理论课考核、出科考核及医德医风考核成绩显著提升,学生反馈学习兴趣、专业知识及技能显著提高,其中研究B组提升效果最佳。结论 SP教学模式效果显著,真实病人SP教学模式效果最佳,可推广到中医脑病科临床教学中。
Objective To explore the superiority of the SP clinical teaching mode. Methods SP clinical teaching mode of stroke,parkingson' disease and dizziness that were dominant disease in encephalopathy were developed. 180 cases of clinical intern that majored in traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy were studied and randomly divided into control group of 60 cases, observation group A of 60 cases and observation group B of 60 cases. The control group accepted traditional teaching mode, observation group A accepted student SP clinical teaching mode, and observation group B accepted real patient SP clinical teaching mode. The results of student examination after education and feedback evaluation of teaching process information were compared. Rseults Comparing with the control group, results of theory course assessment, rotation examination and medical ethics examination of the observation group were improved significantly, learning interest, professional knowledge and skills of students were increased obviously, and observation group B hold the best results. Conciusion The effects of SP clinical teaching mode are remarkable and real patient SP clinical teaching mode get the best results, and can be extended to clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy.
