摘要
针对目前我国中医药人才培养中的一些弊端,我校以转化医学为指导,从转化医学与中医药的共性入手,对培养模式、教师队伍、课程体系、课外实践等方面实施了变革,本文着重阐述了转化医学在这几个方面的探索。
In view of some shortcomings in the training of Chinese medicine talents at present in China, guided by translational medicine, our school starts with the common features of translational medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. The training mode,teacher team, curriculum system and extracurricular practice have been changed. This paper expounds the exploration of translational medicine in these aspects.
