舒血宁注射液联合参芍胶囊辅助治疗心绞痛184例

Shuxuening Injection Combined with Shenshao Capsule in the Adjuvant Treatment of Angina Pectoris for 184 Cases

目的观察舒血宁注射液联合参芍胶囊对心绞痛的疗效。方法选择344例心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组160例,采用阿司匹林肠溶片、β受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类、钙离子拮抗剂等西药常规治疗;治疗组184例,在对照组基础上予以舒血宁注射液20 ml静脉滴注,1次/日,联合参芍胶囊4粒/次,2次/日。14 d后观察2组心绞痛的疗效。结果舒血宁注射液联合参芍胶囊的治疗组心绞痛治疗及心电图改善的总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液联合参芍胶囊辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛临床毒副作用少,疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combination of Shuxuening injection and Shenshao capsule in the adjuvant treatment of angina pectoris. Methods Choosing 374 cases of angina pectoris patients, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group of 160 cases was treated routinely using Western medicines like aspirin enteric-coated tablets, beta-blockers, nitrate esters and calcium antagonists, etc. The treatment group of 184 cases used the IV drip increasing 20 ml Shuxuening injection on the basis of the control group, one time a day, combining four Shenshao capsules a time, two times a day.Then the curative effect of the two groups was observed. As a result, the total effective rate of angina treatment and electrocardiogram improvement of the treatment group that combined Shuxuening injection and Shenshao capsule was better than that of the control group. It has statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Shuxuening injection and Shenshao capsule in the adjuvant treatment of angina pectoris has fewer clinical side effects, and the curative effect is certain.
