胎盘低置状态是指妊娠中期胎盘位置接近宫颈内口,严重者整个胎盘附着于宫颈内口处,临床常表现为腹痛和阴道出血,若不及时治疗,则会发展为前置胎盘,严重危害胎儿和孕妇的生命安全。属于中医"胎漏""胎动不安"的范畴。褚教授认为胎盘低置状态的病因病机是肾脾亏虚、气虚下陷所致,临证以补肾健脾、益气固胎为基本治疗原则,临床疗效显著。
