湿疹清方治疗慢性湿疹20例

Shizhenqing Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema for 20 Cases

目的观察湿疹清方治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将40例慢性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各20例。所有患者均配合皮肤常规护理,治疗组加用湿疹清方,对照组加用糖皮质激素制剂。4周为1个疗程。比较2组的疗效。结果对照组总有效率为60%,治疗组总有效率为95%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果湿疹清方可以有效缓解慢性湿疹患者的症状,较对照组临床疗效更优,且未见不良反应,是治疗慢性湿疹有效可行的治疗方案。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shizhenqing decoction in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 40 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. All patients were treated with rou-tine skin care, the treatment group was also treated with Shizhenqing decoction, and the control group was additionally treated with glucocorticoid. 4 weeks was a course of treatment. The curative effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 60%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%, and the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Results Shizhenqing decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with chronic eczema. Comparing with the control group, the clinical effect of the treatment group is better, and has no adverse reactions. It is an effective and feasible treatment for chronic eczema.
