耳穴贴压配合艾灸治疗肾穿刺术后尿潴留101例

Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Urinary Retention after Renal Puncture for 101 Cases

目的观察耳穴贴压配合艾灸防治肾穿刺术后尿潴留的疗效。方法选择101例于省中医院行肾穿刺术后的患者,随机抽签分为治疗组50例和对照组51例,对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上配合耳穴贴压及穴位艾灸,比较2组术后尿潴留的发生率。结果治疗组首次排尿时间短于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论耳穴贴压配合穴位艾灸可促进肾穿刺术后患者排尿,预防肾穿刺术后尿潴留的发生。

Objective To observe the curative effect of auricular point sticking combined with moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of urinary retention after renal puncture. Methods 101 patients with urinary retention after renal puncture in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group of 50 cases and control group 51 cas-es. The control group received routine nursing care. The treatment group was treated with auricular plaster therapy and acupoint mox-ibustion on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of postoperative urinary retention was compared. Results The first micturition time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with moxibustion can promote urination after renal puncture, and prevent the occur-rence of urinary retention after renal puncture.
