摘要 目的探讨基于问题学习法(PBL)在中西医结合脑血管病临床教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取具有可比性的本院本科实习生30人,分为对照组和试验组,各15人,分别采用传统教学法和PBL教学法,教学结束时对2组实习生考试成绩及自我评定进行综合比较。结果试验组学生的考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),且学生的自我评定较好。结论 PBL教学法能很好地训练实习生的临床思维,提高其主动解决临床问题的能力,有助于提高中西医结合脑血管病的临床教学效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL) in clinical teaching of cerebrovascular disease of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 30 comparable undergraduate interns were randomly selected and divided into control group and experiment group, and each group had 15 interns. The control group adopted traditional teaching method. The experiment group used PBL teaching method. The academic performance and self-assessment of the two groups were comprehensively compared. Results The academic performance of interns in experiment group is better than those in control group(P0.05). The self-assessment of interns in PBL teaching group also is better. Conclusion PBL teaching method can train the clinical thinking of the interns in a better way, and improve their ability to solve the clinical problems, which is beneficial to improve the clinical teaching effect of cerebrovascular disease of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
