摘要
目的研究仿真模型在骨科手术学教学中的效果。方法选择大二学生,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用仿真模型与传统教学方式相结合教学,对照组采用单纯的传统教学方式,比较2种教学方式对教学效果的影响。结果试验组的理论考试成绩和实践技能考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05),问卷调查结果显示,学生对试验组的教学方式评价较高(P<0.05)。结论仿真模型教学与传统教学相结合能提高学生的理论知识、实际操作能力,更能提高学生的学习兴趣、学习效率和临床综合能力。可推进骨科手术学教学改革。
Objective To study the teaching effect of simul ation model of in the teaching of orthopedic surgery. Methods The sophomore were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted traditional teaching model and simulation model applied model in simulated training teaching. The control group adopted traditional teaching model. The teaching effect of two kinds of teaching methods was compared. Results The theoretical test scores and practical skills assessment of the experimental group were better than those of the control group( P 0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the students 'evaluation of the teaching methods of the experimental group was higher( P〈0.05). Conclusion This combination can improve the students' theoretical knowledge, practical ability, improve students' learning interest, learning efficiency and clinical comprehensive ability, and promote the teaching reform of orthopedic surgery.
