中医特色微创医学治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Minimally Invasive Medicine in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的分析基于中医特色微创医学治疗体系的金针疗法联合熏蒸与强肾通络汤对强直性脊柱炎患者的治疗效果。方法随机选取住院治疗的强直性脊柱炎患者100例,采用随机数字表法分成研究组(50例)和对照组(50例)。研究组的患者给予金针疗法联合熏蒸与强肾通络汤治疗,对照组的患者给予西药柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。判断并比较2组患者的中医证候积分、症状改善状况、生化指标与生活质量。结果研究组患者的中医证候积分、血沉与C-反应蛋白指标含量比对照组明显减少(P<0.05),研究组患者的ASAS20改善比例与生活质量评分比对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论应用基于中医特色微创医学治疗体系的金针疗法联合熏蒸与强肾通络汤对于强直性脊柱炎患者的治疗效果比西药治疗更优异,能有效改善患者的症状,提高关节的活动性与生活质量。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with fumigation and Qiangshen Tongluo decoction on patients with ankylosing spondylitis based on traditional Chinese medicine minimally invasive treatment system. Methods 100 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly selected and divided into control group（n = 50） and study group（n = 50）. The patients in the study group were treated with the Qiangshen Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture and fumigation, and the patients in the control group were treated with sulfasalazine. The TCMsyndrome score, symptom improvement, biochemical indicators and quality of life of two groups were judged and compared. Results The TCMsyndrome score, ESR and C-reactive protein content of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈 0.05）. The proportion of ASAS20 improvement and quality of life score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with fumigation and Qiangshen Tongluo decoction on patients with ankylosing spondylitis based on traditional Chinese medicine minimally invasive treatment system was superior to that of the Western medicine,and it could effectively improve the symptoms of patients, the quality of life and activities of the joint.
