"精液病"是全国名老中医黄海波教授首次提出的精液异常类疾病的统称。黄海波教授在诊疗男性不育症中,尤为关注精液异常情况,往往从精液异常方面作为切入点,结合现代医学检查结果,运用中医理论,辨证施治,提高精液质量。治疗时强调应以补肾填精为要,同时注意祛除湿、热、痰、瘀之邪,并辅以饮食、情志调摄等以提高疗效。
