舒筋活血合剂配合熏洗治疗跟痛症60例

Relaxing Tendon Activating Blood Mixture Combined with Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Heel Pain for 60 Cases

目的探讨跟痛症采取舒筋活血合剂配合中药熏洗治疗的临床疗效。方法选取收治的跟痛症120例患者进行研究,按用药类型将患者分为西药组和中药组各60例,西药组实施常规封闭+布洛芬治疗,中药组实施舒筋活血合剂配合中药熏洗治疗,统计分析2组患者的治疗效果及预后状况。结果中药组治愈率、Maryland评分与西药组相比明显较高,且治疗后VAS评分、1年总复发率与西药组相比明显较低(均P<0.05)。结论跟痛症采取舒筋活血合剂配合中药熏洗治疗的临床效果优良。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medic ine fumigation and washing combined with relaxing tendon activating blood mixture in the treatment of heel pain. Methods 120 patients with heel pain were selected. According to the medicine, they were divided into Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group, with 60 cases in each group. The Western medicine group used conventional closure and ibuprofen. The Chinese medicine group used Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with relaxing tendon activating blood mixture. Statistical analysis of therapeutic effect and prognosis of two groups patients were carried out. Results The cure rate and Maryland score of Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than that of the Western medicine group, and the scores of VAS and total recurrence rate of one-year of the Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of the Western medicine group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with relaxing tendon activating blood mixture in the treatment of heel pain is good.
