火针疗法辅助治疗囊肿性痤疮33例

Fire Needle Therapy in the Auxiliary Treatment of Inflammatory Cystic Acne for 33 Cases

目的探讨临床运用火针疗法辅助治疗囊肿性痤疮的价值。方法选66例炎症性囊肿性痤疮患者进行治疗观察,随机分为2组:治疗组(采用火针点刺联合痤疮净胶囊口服、痤疮消融膏外涂)33例,对照组(采用痤疮净胶囊口服、痤疮消融膏外涂)33例,观察2组患者的皮肤症状总积分及临床疗效。结果治疗组患者治疗后的炎性皮损积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论火针点刺能明显改善囊肿性痤疮患者的皮损,疗效安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of fire needle therapy in the auxiliary treatment of inflammatory cystic acne.Methods Sixty-six cases of inflammatory cystic acne patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group（ n= 33） and control group（n = 33）.The treatment group was treated with fire needle therapy, oral of acne-purification capsule and external use of acne-ablation cream. The control group was only treated with oral and external cream. The skin lesions integral and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared after the treatment. Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the total effective rate（ P0.05）. The skin lesions integral in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 0.05）. Conclusion Fire needle therapy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the acne vulgaris. It is safe and reliable as the treatment of inflammatory cystic acne, which is worthy of promotion.
