摘要
目的观察热敏点三伏贴防治寒湿痹阻型膝骨性关节炎的效果。方法将2015年7月—2016年8月在江西中医药大学附属医院接受三伏贴治疗的60例寒湿痹阻型骨性关节炎患者随机分为热敏点治疗组、传统穴治疗组、模拟贴对照组,热敏点治疗组在热敏点给予三伏贴贴敷,传统穴治疗组在传统穴采用三伏贴贴敷,模拟贴对照组在热敏点处予模拟贴贴敷,3组均于夏季三伏天贴敷治疗3次,共治疗1年,于贴敷治疗前后观察中医证候及膝关节严重指数的改善。结果总有效率方面,热敏点治疗组优于模拟贴对照组(P<0.05);膝骨性关节炎严重指数方面,3组之间比较,差异无统计学(P>0.05)。结论热敏点三伏贴穴位贴敷治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨性关节炎可有效改善中医证候学相关症状。
Objective To observe the effect of thermal acupoint application therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis( KOA)with the syndrome of cold-dampness obstruction in canicular days. Methods By using a randomized placebo-controlled design, 60 patients with KOA received thermal acupoint application therapy in the affiliated hospital of Jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into thermal acupoint treatment group, traditional acupoint treatment group and placebo control group. The treatment group was given winter diseases treated in summer thermal acupoint application therapy, traditional acupoint treatment group was given winter diseases treated in summer traditional acupoint application therapy,and the control group was given placebo thermal acupoint application, respectively. All of the three groups were treated for 3 times at summer canicular days, total one year. The improvement of syndrome, symptom of traditional Chinese medicine and Lequesne instituted ISOA score before and after treatment was observed. Results The effective rate of the thermal acupoint treatment group was better than that of placebo control group( P0.05). As for the ISOA score, no significant differences among the three groups were found( P〈0.05). Conclusion Thermal acupoint application therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis( KOA) with cold-dampness obstruction in canicular days can significantly improve the syndrome and symptoms of TCM.
