中医药预防痔疮术后便秘的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention of Postoperative Constipation after Hemorrhoids Surgery

目的探究中医药在预防痔疮术后便秘的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月1日—2016年12月31日收治的行手术治疗的痔疮患者100例展开分组调查,将其随机分为试验组与对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予中医药用药护理,对比观察2组患者的护理干预效果。结果试验组术后3 d内首次排便患者48例,需用开塞露或其他辅助排便患者2例,发生便秘情况患者0例;对照组术后3 d内首次排便患者27例,需用开塞露或其他辅助排便患者6例,发生便秘情况患者7例。组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总满意度为98.00%,显著优于对照组的90.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔疮患者术后给予中医药用药护理能够有效地控制便秘并发症,同时达到辅助维持治疗效果的目的。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention of constipation after hemorrhoids.Methods From January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 in our hospita l, 100 patients with surgical treatment of hemorrhoids were selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The nursing intervention effect was observed and compared. Results In the experimental group, 48 patients were first defecated within three days after operation. In the control group of 50 patients, 27 cases were performed in 3d, and 6 patients were required to use open-plug or other auxiliary drainage, and 7 cases had constipation. The difference between the groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction of nursing of the experimental group was 98.00 %, which was significantly better than 90.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The multiple constipation complications postoperatively in patients with hemorrhoids seriously affects the incision. For this, traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively control constipation complications, at the same time, achieve the goal of auxiliary maintenance treatment effect.
