中西医结合护理小儿手足口病继发脑膜炎的效果评价

Evaluation on the Nursing Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Children with Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease Secondary to Meningitis

目的评价和分析小儿手足口病继发脑膜炎的中西医结合护理效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年3月我院收治的小儿手足口病继发脑膜炎患儿100例为研究对象,利用计算机将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施西医护理,观察组实施中西医结合护理。3个月后对比2组护理效果。结果观察组各临床症状,如疱疹消退时间、呕吐停止时间、退热时间等,显著短于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。而观察组CNS评分与对照组相比改善显著,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论小儿手足口病继发脑膜炎采用中西医结合护理效果十分显著,且能显著改善患儿的各种临床症状,还能促进患儿神经功能快速恢复,因此值得应用于临床推广。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the nursing effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on children with hand-foot mouth-disease secondary to meningitis. Methods 100 children with hand-foot-mouth disease secondary to meningitis in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The children in the control group were given Western medicine nursing, and the observation group was given the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups after three months were compared. Resluts The clinical symptoms of the observation group, such as the time of herpes elimination, the time of vomiting and the time of fever, were significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. The CNS score of the observation group improved significantly,and the difference between groups was statistically significant P〈0.05. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on children with hand-foot mouth-disease secondary to meningitis has significant effect, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in children, promote the nerve function restores quickly, so it is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
