七白挺子膏变方与原方美白保湿疗效对比研究

The Comparative Study of Qibai Tingzi Ointment and the Amended Formula in Whitening and Moisturizing Function

目的 "七白挺子膏"是古代流传下来的经典美容古方,根据《御药院方》中的神仙玉女粉和冬瓜洗面药对原方进行加减化裁,对比原方与加减方在美白保湿方面的效果。方法将50名受试者随机分为2组,分别进行七白挺子膏与其加减方的面膜治疗,共治疗5次。每次治疗前后用皮肤自动分析仪采集试验照片及皮肤数据,并评价原方与加减方的治疗效果。结果加减方比原方对皮肤具有更好的美白作用,改善皮肤色泽,具有一定的保湿效果。结论本研究创新性地融合了3张美容古方后形成的七白挺子膏变方提高了美白保湿作用,为现代中药美白面膜的制备提供了新思路。

Objective As the effect of the historical classic formula Qibai Tingzi ointment is still to be clarified, we amended it according to the Shenxian Yunyu powder and Donggua Ximian medicine in Yunyao Yuanfang. Comparison between the original one and the revised one in whitening and moisturizing holds on to the experiments. Methods 50 volunteers were randomly divided into two groups,and then observed the curative effects of the original and amended formula every other day, 5 times in whole. Skin datum collection and pictures taking by automatic skin analysis instrument were implemented every time before the treatment. All the evidences were contributed to evaluate the curative effects. Results The modified prescription has better whitening effect on skin, improves skin color,and has some moisturizing effect. Conclusion The experimented datum illustrated the amended formula is more powerful in skinwhitening and skin-moisturizing, and provides a newidea for the preparation of modern Chinese medicine whitening mask.
