用糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白联合检测法评估早期糖尿病肾病患者病情的效果探讨

Clinical effect of combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨用糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白联合检测法评估早期糖尿病肾病患者病情的效果。方法:将2015年1月至2017年1月期间重庆市云阳县中医院收治的200例早期糖尿病肾病患者设为观察组,将同期在该院进行体检的98例体检者设为对照组。对两组受检者均进行糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白水平的检测。检测结束后,比较其检测的结果。结果:检测的结果显示,观察组患者尿微量白蛋白和糖化血红蛋白的水平均高于对照组受检者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据观察组患者糖化血红蛋白水平的不同,将其分为观察A组(糖化血红蛋白<7.5%,共62例患者)、观察B组(糖化血红蛋白在7.5%~9.9%之间,共97例患者)和观察C组(糖化血红蛋白≥10.0%,共41例患者)。通过比较三组患者尿微量白蛋白的水平可知,观察C组患者尿微量白蛋白的水平均高于观察A组、观察B组患者,观察B组患者尿微量白蛋白的水平高于观察A组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对早期糖尿病肾病患者进行糖化血红蛋白和尿微量白蛋白联合检测的效果十分理想,可有效地评估其病情。

Objective：To investigate t Clinical effect of combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods：Set the 200 cases of patients of early diabetic nephropathy received by Traditional Medical Hospital of Yunyang county of Chongqing City during January 2015 to January 2017 for experimental group,set 35 cases of examinees for control group.Do combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria then compare test results of 2 groups.Results：In the experimental group,levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria were significantly higher than that in control group（p〈0.05）,according to different Hb A1 c levels,the experimental group of patients was divided into group A（Hb A1 c level 7.5%,62 cases）,group B（Hb A1 c level between 7.5% ~ 9.9%,97 cases） and group C（Hb A1 c level≥ 10%,41 cases）,compare microalbuminuria level of 3 groups,microalbuminuria level of group C was higher than that of group A and group B,microalbuminuria level of group B is higher than group A（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,the combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and microalbuminuria is effectively good,state of patients can be scaled through this detection can.
