参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗乳腺癌对患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the immune function and quality of life of patients with breast cancer

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗乳腺癌对患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将160例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用CAF化疗方案进行治疗;观察组患者采用化疗+参芪扶正注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后免疫功能指标(IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ)及生活质量的变化。结果:对照组总有效率为26.25%,观察组总有效率为37.50%(P>0.05);治疗后对照组患者IL-2、IFN-γ水平升高,IL-4、IL-10水平下降(P<0.05);观察组IL-2、IFN-γ水平明显升高(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ水平与对照组相比,P<0.05;治疗后两组患者生活质量评分均提高,且观察组患者生活质量评分提高比对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗乳腺癌能改善乳腺癌患者免疫功能低下的问题,提高患者生活质量,效果优于单纯化疗。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the immune function and quality of life of patients with breast cancer. Methods： One hundred sixty patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Patients were treated with CAF chemotherapy regimen in the control group and chemotherapy combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection in the observation group. The changes of immune function indexes （IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IFN-γ） and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 26.25% in the control group and 37.50% in the observation group （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ were increased in both groups while the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were decreased in the control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the observation group were significantly increased （P〈0.05）. The levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the score of quality of life were improved in the two groups, and furthermore the scores of the quality of life was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Adjuvant treatment of breast cancer with Shenqi Fuzheng injection can improve the immune function of breast cancer and the quality of life of patients, and its effect is better than chemotherapy.
