腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术对复杂性胆囊炎疗效观察

Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on Complex Cholecystitis

目的观察腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术对复杂性胆囊炎的疗效。方法选取厦门市第五区普外科收治的98例急性复杂性胆囊炎患者,并将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术后引流量、术中出血量以及住院时间均明显比对照组少,观察组患者术后并发症发生率、中转开腹率和急诊率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊次全切除术对复杂性胆囊炎疗效显著,且安全性高,创伤小,恢复快,有效降低术后并发症。

Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on complex cholecystitis. Methods 98 patients with acute complex cholecystifis were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 49 patients in each group. Results The operation time, postoperative drainage volume, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly less. than those of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications, the rate of recuperation and the emergency rate were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective in the treatment of complex chole- cystitis, has high safety, less trauma and quick recovery, and can effectively reduce the postoperative complications.
