综合护理干预对脑出血患者术后血压及生活质量的改善作用研究

Research on the Improvement of Comprehensive Nursing on Postoperative Blood Pressure and Living Quality in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析综合护理干预对脑出血患者术后血压及生活质量的改善情况。方法将2015-05—2016-08间收治的脑出血患者110例进行随机分组,分别予以常规护理(对照组)和综合护理干预(综合组),每组55例,对比两组效果。结果综合组术后24h的舒张压和收缩压均显著低于对照组,且综合组术后1个月的舒张压和收缩压水平较对照组也明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组的Barthel指数和生活质量评分均高于对照组,而NIHSS评分则显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有利于脑出血患者术后血压稳定,对改善患者的术后生活质量、促进神经功能康复具有较好效果。

Objective To analyze the improvement of postoperative blood pressure and quality of lite in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after receiving comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods 110 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from May, 2015 to August, 2016 were randomly divided into two groups： routine nursing （control group） and comprehensive nursing intervention （com- prehensive group） , with 55 cases in each group. Results The diastolic and systolic blood pressure of comprehensive group were sig- nificantly lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The Barthel index and the quality of life score in comprehensive group were higher than those in control group, and NIHSS score of comprehensive group was significantly lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to the stability of postoperative blood pressure in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. It can also improve the quality of life of patients and improve the rehabilitation of neurological function.
